Trials from Resource-Limited Settings Award

With the inception of this specialty section, the editorial board of Current Therapeutic Research will select 2 articles each year that highlight original medical and pharmaceutical research from resource-limited settings. Eligible studies are completed in collaboration with local scientists from the countries in which the studies are conducted. The winning investigators receive a travel grant of $500 and the thanks of everyone at the journal and its readers for their exemplary effort. Pictured below are the recipients for 2008.
