Production fees

Because Current Therapeutic Research carries no advertising, a production fee of $350 per printed page is charged for accepted papers to defray costs, thereby allowing publication of all accepted manuscripts in the next available issue. The ability to pay the production fee does not influence decisions regarding the acceptance of a paper, which is solely dependent on the peer-review process.

Waiver

Page fees for exceptional papers that are not sponsored by industry, a university grant, or alternative forms of support may be waived at the journal’s discretion. Elsevier reserves the right to reschedule any reduced- or waived-fee articles, should it be necessary.
